At Fosun International Limited, Jackson served as the Head of Real Estate Funds, overseeing a USD 12 billion portfolio and strengthening his expertise in real estate investment management.
Kelvin Cheng is a veteran investment professional with over 20 years of experience bridging traditional capital markets and the digital asset frontier. Most recently, he co-founded and served as General Manager of a multi-strategy financial holding group, where he oversaw a $2B AUM portfolio spanning Private Equity, PIPE, and structured products. Under his leadership, the division maintained a consistent eight-year track record of superior returns through multiple market cycles.
Earlier in his career, Kelvin led M&A and strategic growth initiatives for major financial institutions in the Greater China region, orchestrating transactions exceeding $2.5B in total value. His foundational expertise in structured products was developed at Euromoney in Hong Kong, following a successful tenure in investment banking.
A high-conviction Bitcoin investor since 2013, Kelvin combines rigorous institutional asset management with deep crypto-native insight. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the City University of Hong Kong and is a specialist in navigating the intersection of global capital operations and emerging technologies.
Before joining Promontory Technologies Ltd., Calvin was a Co-Founder and Managing Director at a multi-family office investment firm where he led a wide spectrum of business development and investment opportunities – ranging from venture capital transactions in early-stage startups, to private equity type of transactions in high-growth and established businesses in technology, media and entertainment, consumer, real estate and hospitality, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, as well as fund investments through partnerships with other investment managers.
Previously, Calvin was with Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia and a multi-family office investment firm, having led growth, buyout, and distressed investment opportunities in the U.S., Greater China, and Southeast Asia regions.
Calvin embarked on his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, with extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and leveraged finance.
Calvin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
With an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Charles brings to the table 18 years of seasoned experience in business development and fundraising within the alternative investments sphere, family offices, and the tech industry.
His standout achievements include fund raising and managing a commercial real estate portfolio valued at AUD 150 million and orchestrating its successful exit with an impressive mean annual return of 20%. His professional narrative includes tenures at HTHKH and a notable China system integrator, where he pioneered over 20+ international tech partnerships and played a crucial role in driving over USD 200 million in fundraising efforts.
Shou Wen graduated from Xi An University of Technology. He developed artificial intelligence, machine learning quantitative trading strategies and systems at appointments in Bit China and Babel Finance. His scope of work also included design, testing and deployment of automated risk management systems and control, I.T infrastructure and data center architecture optimizations. In his prior years as a systems analyst at Huawei, Shou Wen managed and deployed IT security and data center controls.
